Well we are back from Vegas and I am officially a Wadey! Vegas was fun and the wedding was fantastic. Here are a few pictures. I am in the process of ordering prints that the chapel photographer took. The prints are really expensive...about $9.00 for 1 4x7. To order all 104 would cost us over $900.00 which is crazy. I think that there are about 14 that I cannot live without so once those come in I will post them.
Great pictures. Who took these? I have oodles, too, many similar but the picture of all of us turned out better in this one. We can actually see Z. I want to buy some pictures, too.
The Cheezheads are very disappointed that we missed the wedding when the short service was already over when we arrived at 6 pm, the originally scheduled time. We had planned to be at the chapel much earlier, but were delayed when John realized that his driver's license was missing at the car rental office. John planned to rent a car prior to the wedding so that we could help transport attendees to the chapel. I had to take another cab to the rental office so that we could rent the car with my driver's license.
However, we did manage to arrive at the chapel at 6:01 & were quite surprised that the service was already completed after we called to say that we were on our way.
Anyway, we are glad that we at least got to participate in the pizza party with family & friends in your hotel suite after the wedding.
We still enjoyed visiting Vegas with the family plus our trip to explore the national parks in Utah during the following week. I'll be posting our trip photos on my blog, Robin's Chirp, later this week.
Since we were unable to see the actual service, could you please send us a DVD, plus a couple of wedding photos? We would really appreciate it. We told all of our friends that we were going to see a real Vegas style wedding, and would actually like to see what the experience was like. Thanks.
