Zeland is four months!! I am pretty late in posting. It seems like we haven't had much time lately. I had a few moments at work tonight and thought I would give an update. I will have to post pics at home tomorrow.
Zeland's four month check up went well. Zeland is weighing in at 15.7 pounds and is 26 inches. The doctor said he was a pretty tall kiddo in the 80th percentile for height! He was given his second DTap shot and friday we will go get the oral Rotovirus from the health department since our insurance doesn't cover it. Zeland seemed to do well with the shot...just a quick scream and he was done. No side effects this time at all. We got the go ahead to start solids. So far Zeland has a rice cereal and sweet potatoes. He makes all kinds of silly faces and I am not sure he really knows what the heck is going on! Next on the menu is peas (yuck). I can't wait to give him something good like bananas! Not sure if its a coincidence or what but since we started solids he has been sleeping much better. Last night he slept from 8pm-3:45am and then until 6:45am. Not to shabby! Lets hope he sleeps that well for Andrew this week.

I can't believe how big he is getting. It would be nice if he ended up taller than all of us. Yes, let's hope the solid food makes him sleep better and longer. Grandma Nancy
When does he get to eat his first Cheezburger?

I don't know but I feel bad giving him nasty peas....I want him to get to the good stuff!!
We love peas. Perhaps Z is part Cheezhead? What do you consider the "good stuff"?

Well in the world of baby food I would have to go with fruit in general...they suggest veggies first. Not saying thats a bad thing ...just sayin bananas sound better the peas. (sorry peas are gross)
