Last night I went grocery shopping for a few things. As I was getting out of the car I just grabbed my wallet out of my purse ( I will never do that again!) and ran in.... well actually I waddled into the store. Non- eventful trip loaded my groceries and went home. This morning low on gas...really low on gas I went to the gas station and realized my wallet wasn't in my purse! Luckily I called Bashas and they had my wallet. I left it in the cart outside and someone turned it in. I got lucky I mean I live in phoenix my wallet should be gone or at least my credit cards should be gone. I think this goes beyond pregnancy and forgetfulness but here is what the experts say......

What it is: Pregnancy-induced brain fog, a true (and truly frustrating) hallmark of pregnancy. You may forget appointments, what you just walked into the store for, where you left your purse, whether you turned off the stove — and maybe, your phone number. What causes it: As usual in pregnancy, it's just your hormones having some fun, this time at the expense of your memory. And believe it or not, your brain-cell volume actually decreases during the third trimester of pregnancy (which could explain why you can't remember what you just read about in that last paragraph). Not to worry, your brain will plump back up a few months after delivery.

I have forgetfulness too, and I'm not even pregnant. Some people say its age. I rather like Hazel's take on it, "Age doesn't make you forgetful. Having way too many stupid things to remember makes you forgetful." Maybe that's true of pregnancy too.
I've defitely had my forgetful moments... today we were walking around the mall, and I was feeling so disoriented - I couldn't remember where any stores were.
Hey, speaking of forgetfulness, don't forget to post pictures! You can wait until after your shower and post baby shower pics if you're really against belly pics only for the sake of belly pics. But I say be proud of the belly!!!
